Any cancellations are to be made 24 hours prior to scheduled service, to avoid being charged a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within the 24 hour period will be charged 50% of booked service. I do understand that things come up or there are emergencies or circumstances that would prevent you from making your appointment, please communicate with me to avoid fees & to be rescheduled.
